HOLLYWOOD SUITE INC. (“HSI”) respects the privacy of all of its users and is committed to protecting such privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains and governs the way we collect, use and manage your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the standards set out in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada).
HSI may from time to time change this Privacy Policy. Changes will be effective when notice of such change is posted at our HSI website.
We may collect two types of information about our users – Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.
“Personal Information” means information about you as an individual. Examples include your name, mailing and e-mail addresses, telephone number, birth date, gender. Personal preferences such your favourite movie may also qualify as Personal Information if it is connected with other information that identifies you.
Personal Information is collected by us when you choose to provide it to us, such as when you enter a contest or promotion, become a member through our website, subscribe to any newsletters or other services or products we offer, respond to questionnaires or surveys, participate in any online activities or games, or contact us to make comments or ask questions.

Non-Personal Information is collected or derived by us when you interact with our websites. To inform our sponsors, advertisers and suppliers as to the performance of a particular sponsorship/contest or advertisement or interest in their programs and services. In such case, only anonymous information in an aggregated form will be provided.
In addition, third parties like our advertising partners could use cookies to verify Non-identifiable Information about you. Information collected in this fashion could be used to identify your behaviour, preferences and interests. This usage is subject to the privacy policy of such third parties.
We use your Personal Information for internal purposes only. We will not sell, rent or trade in Personal Information.

In connection with any corporate re-organization, merger or amalgamation with another entity, or a sale of all or substantially all of HSI’s assets, provided that the Personal Information disclosed continues to be used for the purposes permitted by this Privacy Policy by the entity acquiring the Personal Information.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We protect your Personal Information by employing best efforts to ensuring that our computer servers and systems are in a safe environment and that our information technology infrastructure is not subject to abuse. As well, we restrict access to your Personal Information to only those with a need to know and instruct our employees with access to your Personal Information that it is only to be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
In order to protect the security of your Personal Information, never give out your password to others and remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you are finished using our websites or surfing the Internet so that others using your computer will not have access to your information.
Our websites may contain links to other third party websites and services, as well as displays of third party advertisements, all of which have separate and independent privacy policies and standards. HSI is not responsible for the content of, or the privacy practices employed by, these third party websites, services or entities. This Privacy Policy only applies to HSI.
